PreCentral goes hands-on with webOS 3.0 SDK Beta
Today, Pre|Central got its hands on with a leaked version of the webOS 3.0 SDK, you know, the one that’s going to be on the upcoming HP Touchpad! From the looks of the SDK, webOS 3.0 takes a lot from the iOS, but still has its own uniqueness that most of us haven’t seen before. The emulator is very beta, the emulator apparently has plenty of leftovers from the SDK’s early releases; including duplicates, a telephone app, and tons more. Just from the screenshots that PreC has provided, it’s fairly obvious that webOS is going to be amazing on a tablet, and that when the Touchpad is released this summer, it will definitely be a competitor to the mountain of other tablets being released around that time.
The hands-on is quite a read, at over 5800 words, so head on over to Pre|Central for the entire article.
