Google Streaming Apps

I just read that Google is starting to allow users with solid internet connections to stream and app they don’t already have installed on their device. You are probably scratching your head right now going what is a streaming app. Essentially the app is sitting on a server and you can use it over the internet locally on your device without having to install it locally before using it.

This seem like a really cool feature if you ask me, but I don’t see it being used much in countries that have limited data packages. Also I was unable to get this up and running on my Galaxy S5 with Android 5.1.1 I assume it is a Android 6.0+ feature.
